House Groups
House Groups are regular meetings in peoples homes for bible-study, discussion and prayer.
We believe that House Groups form one of the important foundation blocks of any church fellowship. It is a time when we can care and share with each other as we pray and study God’s word, which is difficult when we meet for Sunday Worship. House Groups can also be used as a means of outreach, but this must be developed later.
There are 6 House Groups involving about 55 members.
As we begin 2008 we commence with a study entitled “Jailbreak”, which will lead up to our church production of the Roger Jones musical “Jailbreak.” As part of this study we will look at today's persecuted church.
Further studies for 2008 are “Tough Sayings of Jesus” and “Worship.”
